Glen Iris Home by Samuel Architecture is an architectural extension to an existing red-brick home that celebrates the existing fabric and narrow, sloping site conditions. The project demonstrates a brilliant design response by turning complex site constraints into original architectural opportunities. The existing home is retained and the while renovating and extending a new bathroom, laundry, ensuite, living areas, mud room, kitchen, dining room and a reading nook.
