Cantilever Home by Samuel Architecture is an luxury residential extension to an existing single storey limestone home. The existing home is located on a clifftop with stunning North Facing views of Port Phillip Bay. Samuel Architecture's architectural approach and brief was to respect the existing fabric due to it's historically rich context while extending the home to maximise bedrooms, guest, living and entertaining spaces such as a brilliant architecturally designed bar and theatre.
